The City of Gaerdon is Divided into three sectors: New, Old, and Lost.
New Gaerdon
These are the newer and more advanced buildings of Gaerdon. After the flood work began on perpetuating the advancement of the city in order to improve the quality. Headed by Olvera Fiarce and her Associates renovation and construction continues to this day.
New Gaerdon's Sectors
The Entertainment Sector - Three Important buildings within are the Mae Family Bordello and the Theatre Lions Laugh, and Basalisk's Tongue though the sector contains many smaller buildings that provide food, beverage, entertainment and some housing. The Entertainment Sector is the more expensive place to live, and highly prized by nobles who enjoy 'nightlife'
The Civilian Sector - This obviously is the area of the city that civilians have chosen to lead their lives, homes here are separated by tiers that have inadvertently become a divider from lower class to higher class. Due to combined efforts of the Vain and Harmonious Every citizen who can work is provided a domicile that is shared with others.
The Industreal Sector - This is likely the smallest sector in the city but it houses a number important facilities, Most who live in New Gaerdon typically work for the fabrication factories that produce components and parts needed for expansion and everyday life. This as well as the Justice Building are housed within this sector. Due to steam emissions however this portion of New Gaerdon has been isolated making it harder to access then other areas.
The Markets - The other large portion of the economy comes from the large marketplace by the docks. Here fishermen, jewelers and other merchants peddle their wares. This area connects directly to the entertainment sector.
Lower New Gaerdon - This Area specifically is controlled by the Corrupt. It is a small area which contains a large building heavily guarded. Within the Corrupts Head Of House works tirelessly on advancements to the already expanding and advancing city of New Gaerdon.
Old Gaerdon
This small island in the center of the contains two important buildings. The Government Building where Trials, Fines, and House Council meetings take place, and the House of Elfhiem's estate. This is the only area not effected by the old floods and it is in truth a singular manor that houses the Elfhiem family. As the Vain Fae could not resist taking and claiming a piece of Gaerdons History.
Lost Gaerdon
The lost city is in ruins that rests beneath the surface of Lake Gaerdon. The Ruins were once the most active part of the city, containing the council building as well as several as the Eonhiem Library which contained vast tomes of information that were lost during a great flood.
Now Lost Gaerdon's ruins are used to house massive generators that produce large quantities of heat, the waters naturally cold temperature keeps them from overheating while also providing the liquid needed to power these massive generators. Due to the constat stream of water from the Isdora river, the water level of Lost Gearden does not drop.
